DealGround is a web-based platform for commercial real estate (CRE) professionals. By using DealGround, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services Provided
DealGround uses artificial intelligence to analyze CRE property data. DealGround ingests publicly available documents and users can upload and process their documents, allowing DealGround to create a software application that helps users generate CRE insights.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must have rights to upload and share any documents with DealGround. By uploading documents, you confirm that you own or have obtained proper consent to use the content. DealGround is not liable for misuse of third-party documents.
4. Data Collection Sources
DealGround collects and processes data from:
• User-uploaded files (from personal devices or in-house databases)
• Emails directed to users
• Publicly available online documents
By uploading files or allowing email data access, you authorize DealGround to analyze and store this information.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
DealGround follows industry standards to secure data but cannot guarantee absolute security. Uploaded data may be used to improve our services in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
DealGround retains all rights to its software and analytics. Users retain ownership of their uploaded documents and grant DealGround a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and analyze this data as part of the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
DealGround is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, data handling, or content interpretation.
8. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of DealGround following modifications implies agreement to the updated terms.
9. Termination
DealGround reserves the right to terminate access if users violate these terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
